This is a small sampling of the types of projects I’ve done.

Anasazi/Cerner CBH Client Attachments Exporter – A tool that exports client attachments out of Anasazi/Cerner CBH in an automated way.  See more details

Anasazi/Cerner CBH Data Extractor – This utility automatically extracts the data from selected assessments into SQL tables.  The resultant file is a flat, normal, easy to use file, which can then be easily used by normal reporting or Business Intelligence tools. It also provides a SQL statement that can be used to create a SQL view to access the data directly, rather than through an exported copy.  See more details

Client Collections Management – an Access database that utilizes information from Cerner/Anasazi to manage the client collection process.  It assists with mailings, tracking of history, managing a multi-step collection process.

Treatment Plan Notifications – an Access database that interfaces with the Cerner/Anasazi system to provide an HTML based email message to each clinician with a list of treatment plans due soon, or overdue.  The email is sorted and color-coded to indicate the most urgent items. All clinicians are emailed at the press of a single button.

Authorization Notifications – an Access database that interfaces with the Cerner/Anasazi system to provide an HTML based email message to each clinician showing authorizations expiring or running out of units.  All clinicians are emailed at the press of a single button.

Child Assessment Management Database – an Access database using a SQL backend to manage all aspects of a program to monitor child development over the first five years of the child’s life.  It manages sending out assessment mailings based on a schedule, sending reminders via email or text, importing and data entering results, generating PDF based results sheets for parents, and numerous analysis reports for internal use and funders.  This database incorporates automatic geocoding and address verification, text messaging, integrated mail merge, automatic mass individualized PDF generation and email templates.

Accreditation Management System – an Access database system that manages the workflow for an accrediting body.  It manages the schedules of re-accreditation, emailing and mailing throughout the workflow, as well as tracking the completion of the accreditation steps.

Incident Reporting System – a VB.net web application that collects information about incidents in a residential treatment setting.  It manages automatic email notification based on department and incident type.  It handles a multi-tiered supervisory and administrative sign-off process.

Custom Data Extracts and Reporting – numerous data extracts and custom reporting from various systems have been developed.

Special Functionality – have many examples of integrating advanced functionality into Access databases – such as automatic address geo-coding and verification, automatic individualized PDF generation, text messaging, mass emailing with custom, individualized email templates, integrated mail merge processes, and advanced report filtering.
