Overview
The Client Attachment Exporter automates the process of retrieving and organizing client attachments from Anasazi/Cerner CBH. It exports each client’s documents into a dedicated folder and renames the files using meaningful, readable filenames based on the document’s type, date, and title. This creates a clean, well-organized archive of client records that is easy to browse and reference.

How It Works
The Client Attachment Exporter operates CCBH interactively by controlling the Clinicians Homepage just as a user would—selecting clients, opening attachments, and performing the document export. After each file is saved, the system automatically renames it according to its document information, ensuring consistent and intuitive naming.

By also connecting directly to the ANALIVE SQL database, the tool learns which attachments should exist and will retrieve client name information. This allows it to create accurately named folders for each client and helps ensure that all expected documents are captured.

Requirements

  • An operational installation of Anasazi/Cerner CCBH capable of exporting attachments to a local folder.
  • Read-only SQL access to the ANALIVE database for enhanced naming accuracy and export completeness.
